I'm having trouble deciding what to say about this particular book, and the series as a whole. For whatever reason I haven't ever been able to really connect to Rhine and her story, and this volume was no exception. That said, I did read the entire trilogy. This was a step up from the second book, but still didn't rise quite as high as the first in my opinion. I find myself continually wanting more with these books. Perhaps that is why I am frustrated - they are good, but they could have been great.
