The Dead Tossed Waves
I was a bit thrown that this book jumps forward in time and follows a different main character than the first book in the series. Once I got used to this shift I really enjoyed the story being told. Ryan's world is so well realized and atmospheric. If anything I think I enjoyed this book more than the first one. I'm looking forward to starting the third book and seeing how it all unfolds.
